Pembe uses Meta (Facebook) to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and to help reach users similar to our existing customers. When you allow tracking via the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt, we share your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) along with events such as registration, paywall views, checkout initiation, and subscription purchases with Meta. If you decline tracking, we do not share your IDFA, but Meta may still receive aggregated, non-identifying conversion data via Apple's SKAdNetwork.

Pembe is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You can also disable notifications through your device settings at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pembe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on cycle predictions for contraceptive purposes.
